Critical Illness

This plan is of great importance for your protection.

If your were to suffer from a major illness for example like stroke, cancer, or heart attack etc, then this plan will pay out the sum assured on diagnosis of that illness. Most people (I am sorry if this is a little bit morbid for some of you) who are in decent health do not in the main, get up one day then drop down dead, without any type of illness first. If you were to have a serious illness and you had a mortgage running, what would be the situation?

Well you would notify your bank, and other creditors, but they would still want their money, the bills don’t stop coming in just because you are ill and unable to work, at the end of the day, nice person you may be, but your creditors are in business to make money not to take pity and molly-coddle you if you get a problem. Any type of loan is granted on the premise that it is paid back, lots of status checks are done, references are obtained and if everything else fits, then the loan is granted.

Having critical illness cover at least means that if a major illness does occur, then you can pay off your mortgage or debts and at least be left in quiet to recover, which is the main point, do you really need to be worrying about bills if you are ill.

If you make a full recovery then you don’t have to pay anything
